Our National Lottery-funded Confidence Counts Campaign got off to a great start, and we deeply appreciate everyone who contributed their invaluable ideas on the factors that influence our confidence, self-belief, and trust in others. Your input is crucial as we embark on this journey to create conditions that bolster trust and confidence for the future. Together, we are weaving a network of support, collaboration, and innovative solutions that are grounded in real-life experiences and shared wisdom.

This project is dedicated to thoroughly understanding the issues that hinder our self-belief and exploring actionable strategies to address them or mitigate their impact. One of the prominent challenges to our self-belief that surfaced in our discussions is the influence of our inner voice. The things we say to ourselves can significantly diminish our confidence.
