When we speak about ‘People Make Glasgow’ we do mean people are the heart of Glasgow and its success is us, the people who live and work here. Who care about each other and want to find ways where we all suffer less. This wee booklet offers ideas on why kindness and courtesy matter and why Glasgow is a kind city.
