Beat festive stress
This time of year can be a fun and social time when we reconnect with friends and family, it can also be a challenging time of year when we worry about money, heating costs, maybe feel sad reflecting on loved ones we have lost, or wonder who we will spend the festive season with. It may even be that we do not like the festive season and are glad when it is over. What matters is that we look after our wellbeing at this time.
Every year we update our winter wellbeing booklet and we have done the same again for this year. It offers many tips and ideas to look after ourselves and others we care about over the festive period as well as some ideas for setting goals for the New Year.
