Weaving Networks in MAKI

COPE Scotland has always been committed to helping build connections, weave networks and work collaboratively. As members of Q Health we secured funding to explore weaving networks in MAKI.  The following resources developed from that piece of work.  The Snowdrop Centre are now sharing this on their website to continue the legacy of connecting even though that specific piece of work has come to an end.
