It’s Okay to cry

We have so many emotions including sadness and sometimes when we are sad we feel the need to cry. These tips offer some selfcare ideas around why it is okay to cry.  There may be reasons why you are crying more than usual and need to discuss this with someone, please do, these tips are for self-care and to reassure us that sometimes we do need to cry and that is okay. Be kind to yourself. Please you do matter.
