Peer support in the workplace

Peer support is important for creating a workplace where the team can perform at their best both within and outside of work. Peer support in work involves colleagues helping each other, sharing knowledge, and providing emotional and informal support.  A peer support group can also be really helpful to enable people to find the balance between selfcare and caring for others. The following slides offer some simple ideas to think about if you plan to start or develop a peer support group in your workplace.
