Life satisfaction against the odds

COPE Scotland recognises the connection between feelings of life satisfaction and mental wellbeing. We know that there are events in our life which can leave us feeling dissatisfied, disappointed, confused, sad and a whole range of emotions. Thanks to funding from GCVS and The Glasgow Wellbeing Fund we are launching a Life Satisfaction against the odds campaign. We are not saying it will have the answer to everything, what does, but it may help us suffer a wee bit less, and maybe even find a little bit more joy in the moments. We are sharing the life satisfaction postcard and also some life satisfaction gift bags at community events this year. If we do not see you then, perhaps this postcard will offer some ideas on how to make your own. Remember, you matter.
